How do you curate items, and when are new pieces uploaded?
We receive new items weekly, each hand-picked and carefully selected. A fresh batch of items is uploaded every week (not on a specific day).

Are the items authentic designer pieces?
Yes, we make sure to check each item thoroughly to ensure its authenticity.

What condition are the vintage items in?
Each item is inspected for damages or imperfections. However, please remember that these are pre-loved garments and may show minor signs of wear.

How do I know if an item will fit me?
We provide detailed measurements and size comparisons to help you find the perfect fit. Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing, so please check the measurements
carefully.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship orders twice a week. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on the carrier.

Once dispatched, EU & US deliveries take about 3 days to arrive. Other international orders may take up 7 to 10 days to arrive.

What are the shipping costs, and which carriers do you use?
Standard shipping costs are €5 within the Netherlands, €15 within Europe, and €25 for other locations. Domestic orders are handled by PostNL, while international orders are shipped via UPS.

Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer express shipping due to capacity constraints.

Exchanges and returns

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Returns are not permitted under any circumstances.

Archive rental

How is the rental fee for archive items calculated?
The daily rental fee for an item is 10% of its value. For example, a €200 dress would cost €20 per day to rent.

Why are archive pieces not available for sale?

As passionate fashion enthusiasts, we believe in preserving certain garments rather than selling them. Our archive allows you to enjoy and engage with unique pieces while we ensure their condition is maintained.

What happens if I damage or lose a rented item?
Before your rental begins, you’ll receive an On Loan Agreement detailing the policies for damages or loss.

Do I need to clean the item before returning it?
No, we handle all cleaning to ensure proper care. Simply return the item(s).
